Talking to and listening to multiple people who went to prison. This isn’t what happens. One of the most exaggerated rumors about prison is prison r*pe. And when it happens it’s not what people expect. It’s mostly an emotional thing cohersion but it’s usually always because of debts or someone wanting gang protection. It’s not some dude just randomly running up on another dude and over powering him

For the most part no. There was this one obnoxious guy who wanted to fight me but he started s*** with so many people he was quickly knocked out by someone else. Think he was withdrawing from heroin or some s***. My celly refused to shower for a while and that bothered me, he ended up getting rocked by a couple guys and started showering after that though.
As far as the bathroom it’s just a toilet and sink in the room. Me or my celly would just look away while the other used it. So private in that sense.
why did he get rocked? Because he wouldn't shower?

But nah for the most part I just kept any feelings about how people acted or anything to myself . I was passive but not willing to be walked all over either. Just gotta walk a fine line and then you gain a lot of respect for not starting s*** but not being a b****. I also got a pretty big build so I don’t think most people wanted to take a punch from me.

Yes paperwork got checked when you entered the pod. If you were a snitch or a s***criminal you were probably extorted to not get beat up by the pod boss and his enforcers. Had to pay them in commissary.
No pedos cause they went immediately into PC.
