My take so far is the story is still great even if it’s not reaching the highs of Tsushima, and I like atsu more the Jin

Gameplay overall and just exploring is a massive improvement imo, I just wish the parrying was a little better

I will say though, I personally feel like your less encouraged to be stealthy in this one, which is fine but it doesn’t feel as nice as the first game

Wasn’t there a quest card for Dragon & Spider? I don’t see one, just Kitsune and Saito left.

This game’s open world is way better than Tsushima

Takezo wasn’t as hard as people made it seem. I beat him in like 8 minutes and the run i beat him i only used one res with that being the only spirit i used the whole fight. Beating him before your health bar freezes over is the real hard part. Random encounters and fortress bosses were lowkey harder

Bloodborne inspired trick weapon system where you can switch between different styles while using the weapon (similar to stances) giving you access to unique moves depending on the style

Yeah but by the time you fight him you should have the revive so it should realistically take 2-3 shots to kill you. He’s got a weird timing where after you hit him he hits right back so you can just time that parry and his red attacks you just hit him with a quickfire to cancel it
Dealing with big mobs was harder to me and some normal bosses. One of his disciples was whooping me way worse lmao

Takezo was really difficult until I started using the special attacks that use your spirit. Once I knew when to use those he wasnt that bad. But if I got hit once it's over.

So once you have enough spirit its not that bad. But before that he is f***ing awful

Atsu is hot btw idk why internet gooners do so much complaining (i know why cuz they’re virgins and don’t actually interact with women)

I beat Takezo on Hard diff with no QuickDraw weapons and no sake because I accidentally started the fight like that and was too stubborn to make things easier for myself

Really enjoyed this game. Not better than GoT but it’s a great sequel nonetheless

20 hours in and still not even closeee to being done with the story.
This is one of very few times when I’m genuinely interested to explore the entire open world of a game
