Finally beat it and all the big favors, solid 9-9.5/10 for me. The traversal and backtracking were my only real issues and one story gripe late game but it was pretty minor. I also thought having checkpoints for the big fights is solid but it was too generous at times. Not a perfect story but definitely a pretty good one that was elevated with the acting.

When Kratos talks about how all journeys must come to an end and that's why he's been training Atreus 😭😭😭😭

See the backtracking got on my nerves too, but then I realized that side stories were hiding in some of the realms and they gave so good lore dumps.

I do like the hold R1 moves tho
