Niko and his story is certainly more interesting, but gameplay-wise, V is much better. The annoying physics alone in IV make it bottom tier in the GTA series imo.

Nah 4 boring, it's story is boring, Niko is boring, it's music is boring, its graphics is boring, it's driving is like driving on soap, it's even boring when you cause chaos. if it didn't have the online part it probably would be my bottom tier GTA game.

no way was the chaos boring. Weapons and explosions sounded powerful and not s***ty like in V. Getting into a war with the police was more fun too.
