This was aight. Dozed off for a minute in the theater

Honestly one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen whoever gave this movie more than one star must have been drinking whatever Bradley Cooper was drinking at the end

theres a good movie in there somewhere

way too long but it had it's moments

some of the sets were beautiful

Seeing all the carnival grifts being taught and executed and fun

Tense ass moments

That last scene was so good too

The geek ending was so predictable. But how he fall for it so easily when he seen it happen before and didn't get what happened with and lillith

What I didn’t understand is what was the Dr angle? She did all that because he called her out and said she wasn’t powerful?

The symbolism with how he views old men like his father vs how he views woman like his mother was alright sometimes too obvious

I wasn’t completely sold on Cooper on the role some parts he did good other scenes felt like someone else could’ve given a better performance

Like others said it was too long, all in all it’s probably a 6.75/10 for me

this movie was very good until the last 15/20 minutes

the last scene with Cate Blanchett character after he murdered those two men was so trash

that scene ruined the movie for me, the tone of the movie switched so quickly and the acting/script was incredibly bad

what the f*** was CB character motivation? seems like the whole ending after !# the two murders was rushed

the geek ending was very predictable too and the father backstory payoff was completely underwhelming

I really liked this movie until those last 20 minutes man

I had a fantastic time with this, really surprised at the mixed reception but oh well.

I love an atmospheric period piece and this dripped with all the atmosphere on earf. Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Willem Dafuck, and Bradley Cooper were all great.

8/10. Hell, I'm feeling generous, 8.5/10

what an absolute shame this bombed the way it did

it looked a little too digital for me andi wish guillermo let the camera sit still for one second but overall it looked so good. also wish the first hour was just a bit tighter, but there really isn't anything i would cut. bradley cooper doing his f***ing thing
