reading wind up bird chronicle right now.
Really liked Kafka on the Shore and Norwegian Wood
My favorite author of all time. Kafka and 1Q84 changed my life man.
Wind Up Bird is disrupting my reality right now. I loved Kafka, I want to either reread that after i'm done with Wind Up or start 1Q84 or A Wild Sheep Chase.

So so good, I was living a particularly isolated life at that point and honestly the way the main character was living gave me a lot of inspo haha, get my coffee in and listen to a s*** ton of classical music
updated this to be a general thread for all Haruki Murakami discussion
this was a king move
What to read after Norwegian wood? Maybe on the lighter side
I heard A wild sheep chase is a fun adventure story so that might work. I’ve read Kafka, Wind Up Bird, Norwegian Wood, and I’m reading 1Q84 and I’d say that all of those have pretty intense scenes and themes but Norwegian might be the darkest due to it being fully contemporary
Read norwegian wood ages ago, blitzed through hear the wind sing yesterday and gonna finish pinball tongiht
