I been saying this too but disc golf legitimately fixes that (unless you get addicted to buying discs, all you need is an innova starter set for your first season or 2 and that's only if you play an assload. That's all I used for 5 years until I began playing real often)

Plus disc courses on average are just.....so much prettier and entertaining, especially because you're just alone with your friends most the time. That's why it used to be so affiliated with weed/drugs/day drinking - cops aren't scouting out hole 14 deep into the woods

You can buy 1 used disc for $7 and honestly be set for ages too

I love regular golf but I'm not spending outrageous amounts for a tee time at 7am on a Tuesday when I go smoke joints and slam liquor at a disc course for free whenever (even during league nights you can still just play, discgolfscene.com shows all leagues tho to avoid). My clubs are rusted af anyways and I don't feel like getting a new set

Udisc app is free, it will show you all the courses by you and it indicates if it's a private/for pay (do NOT go to a private uninvited, usually they're for leagues/pro div stuff)
