TheViciousCircleInteresting thought- I’m torn on whether or not Durk would need to modify his conduct to become truly mega level appeal or if the palates of mainstream listeners will become more palatable to his lyrical content like they did for Wayne and 50.
Almost no rapper becomes a MEGAstar without the “in da club” “lollipop” type of records which is funny cause that’s who durk was at first to a degree lol

That’s interesting because rap has became pop so what would be the equivalent of those crossover songs now?
The last rapper to cross into Supe om was Travis and his biggest hit was sicko mode. I wouldn’t consider that more “pop” than any of Travis other music.
