Subways only get shady if you're traveling like....late night (After 11 pm) when the trains start coming 15-20 mins apart. And even then just stay aware and out the way, you'll be fine. Been here since '17 and the worst thing that's happened to me so far was getting chased after work while talking on the phone by a drunk hispanic man cause I f***ed up and replied "nobody's talking to you" when he asked "what you say?" out of nowhere.
