Only played the first one. Hunting those machines and using all the traps and stuff is very interesting. Very overhated game.

its a great IP. I will never understand the hate on this. Literally one of the best open world games out there.

The 2nd game is 100 times better too. Expands on everything that was good on the first game, and improves on all the bad.

It's always a game of the life contender too, first one was close to BOTW and second one was close to Elden Ring GTA 6 for this one maybe?

Why? I really don’t understand the hate on here bout this game outside FW dropped the same day as Elden ring, game was still dope and I’m hearing good things about the DLC

I never played either of those games or FW. But imo HZD is extremely overrated, I think that's what leads to the backlash you see on here against it and Spiderman. 7/10 games that get praised and hyped up by critics/the gaming industry like they're GOTY material. It's more that than being released close to other games that were better

This is why it gets “hated” which it’s not even really hate. It’s just an okay game that excels at outdated open world design. It’s got a decent setting and a decent protagonist but it’s not really doing anything new.

But the engine it uses is great and that’s why people “hate” they wanna see a more memorable game than just a better Ubisoft game
