I would do half and half, watch new s*** & rewatch the classics that's what I'm doing. Also I'm watching something I've never seen every other day. Rewatched Dream Warriors yesterday
so far today I watched Poltergeist (6.5/10) Wes Cravens New Nightmare (7/10) og Fright Night and the remake (8/10 and 7/10) and the curse of chucky (7.5/10) gonna watch the insidious films for the first time later
Spiral on Shudder is fire
If you're referring to the 2007 movie this been known. Great movie
House 1977 exists.
Why even try, the best film, let alone horror film has already been made

OG Fright Night is great
A New Nightmare is still Top 3 Nightmare movie. It was the first one I saw as a kid so will always hold a special place in my heart.
I'll always be one of the few who enjoys the F13 and ANOES remake.
I think both are better than RZ's Halloween. F13 is entertaining and badass, ANOES has a great atmosphere and is entertaining.
Both are definitely better than most the sequels to the original movies.
I still think Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) and The Hills Have Eyes are the best remakes of classic horror movies overall.
