Halloween 5 is hands down the worst Halloween movie. It's not even enjoyable minus one or two of the kills and how good looking Rachel is.
Can't be as trash as resurrection
nothing about Halloween Kills excites me. It's amazing how movie goers only want fan service, so much so that they'll s*** on anything that deviates even a little from their beloved franchise and we end up with s*** like Halloween 2019: The Shape Awakens.
The f*** are you talking about

Halloween 3 bombing back in the day proves this point. Unfortunately a lot of Horror fans/consumers want rehashes of the same ole s*** until we have 10 f***in mediocre sequels or remakes instead of encouraging new ideas

facts, I enjoy all of the sequels but David Gordon Green's (a director who I love btw) version feels the least inspired and felt like nostalgia bait. Even Resurrection had an interesting reality tv angle to it.
I would've preferred a continuation of Zombie's version even tho part II wraps up everything beautifully for me. wouldn't have to be a direct sequel I guess, I just truly miss the days where directors were trapped in a corner having to pick up where the last film left off which forced them to get creative.

Nah Resurrection is really fun imo
Plus it was really one of the first films to do the found footage style if you think about
Well, Insidious 2 was ass
I was literally dying of laughter in the theatre being annoying as hell when i went to see it with the homies.
I couldnt help myself man the movie is absolutely cheeks

thank you
at worst it's an average 2000's post scream slasher. definitely not even close to being one of the worst horror films ever.

facts, new Halloween was fine but probably one of the worst of the franchise imo
Just watched the new creep show animated special, I’m going to try to be nice. There is one story where it’s just advertisement to tweet about a circus of zombies from the perspective of a Sarcastic teenage girl . As soon as i saw the tweets were going to continue through the episode, I hit the off button. 😒
Creep show can do better. Skip it.
What do y'all think of these New French Extreme horror movies like Martyrs, Frontiers, inside etc
I watched candyman my first time a few months ago. It was really good. Not scary, but a good movie
The Craft: Legacy was aight. It was fun, I actually really liked the main group of girls cast.
But the last 15 minutes was kind of pure s***. Up until that moment the movie was fine.

agreed, also Danny McBride was really pretentious in almost every single interview he made for the film. S***ting on the sequels only to make one that isn't even as great as part II and rehash elements from H20. He had this I'm above the horror genre, I'm making prestige horror attitude only to give us a basic slasher. I was fine with him retconning Laurie & Michael being siblings too but he ended up doing nothing interesting with that and it actually made less sense for the story he was telling.
