Like you said in your other post it's not all about physical, it's definitely more mental but you can't master your mental without mastering your physical IMO

Gym will help more than you think. Starting with improving posture which will help improve body language.
It'll be easier to be confident knowing you put the work in in the gym, but that's only half of it really
Try to be alone with your thoughts and get to the roots of your insecurities and try to problem solve from there

I agree with that partly, but if you do some basic workouts, and eat right you'll be straight. Having the mental strength to make better decisions regarding what you eat is way more important than pushing yourself to lift heavy s*** all the time to look muscular.

Damn near had a mental breakdown when i was 25/26 but trust me just keep focusing on bettering yourself, loving yourself truly and you'll find it
