Holy first world problem
Grow up
mfw I’ve never dated a wealthy girl either
They’ve all been broke, still in school, or not in school without a job lmao
Briefly dated an older girl who worked in real estate but wasn’t exactly ballin
Just be yourself man if she cared about being with some man with a peasant upbringing she wouldn't be entertaining you to begin with and when it comes to well off women you'd have seen the red flags already if it bothered her
I think something to look forward to is that you two probably don’t have to compromise much and have a lot more freedom. Massive benefit tbh , can let loose in terms of dating n stuff
I’m not saying that it’s an issue as in the dynamic between me and her; the issue that I’m worried about is I don’t fundamentally/intuitively understand this girl as I normally would compared to the people I have typically dated
People in the thread are saying I’m overthinking it and yeah, probably
all I’m asking for advice about is what are things that could come up that I wouldn’t expect or what those differences are and how they would show up if we got together
she’s not gonna look at money the same way as you and you can’t ever open up her eyes to view your frugality (if it exists now) from where you came from due to growing up on a vineyard and the fact that you’re both wealthy in life right now
why I said why worry about even having to think about this and just pursue a woman with a similar background and career climb as you or to whatever level she can reach below yours where you don’t have to think about these social/economic differences which will be what comes up when you booking a flight and she doesn’t hesitate to book first class while you looking at economy tickets
It is completely normal to feel unsure when navigating a major wealth gap for the first time, but your background is likely a significant part of why she is drawn to you. You built financial success and intellectual drive from scratch, which is incredibly compelling to someone who has only known inherited security.

Not much problems come up. You not even dating her. Just talk to her like you would with any other chick
So basically I’ve met a girl who’s really nice, genuinely a lot of green flags about them and they’re really sweet. I like this girl a fair bit
Only thing is at 29 years old. I’ve actually never dated someone with their level of wealth before. I’ve had plenty of rich friends, but usually from the people I’ve dated they’ve always been people who work in a really solid professional career, but grew up middle class or lower. This girl is the opposite, very wealthy but just pursue passion projects 24/7 and didn’t need college.
I’m someone who grew up in section 8 housing in NYC and was a second generation American, I work in financial research now and do well for myself (>200k income) with advanced education but I don’t have any savings or assets that compare to this girl whatsoever (I’m still paying off debt + spent my money stupidly in my 20s)
I’m not exactly feelingtt insecure about the class differential between me and this girl but I’m feeling unsure of myself of how to navigate social dynamics with her or understanding her
Do you guys have any advice? What do you think there is to understand about someone who is willing to date someone from a lower social class? It’s always the opposite you hear where people say people either date across or upward when it comes to their economic class.
Get Rich or Die Tryin'.
Go with the flow
Let her peg you
Idk but ur cooked
Lowkey brag thread
aye f*** you, you rich too
If she doesn't understand Money Management and has no financial literacy then that's a red flag. If she does have these skills then I don't see a big issue. Just communicate how she manages her finances or how she would imagine managing them with her life partner.
The socioeconomics part is tricky. You'll need to communicate your concerns around this with her and see what her thoughts are. Does she understand the grind and hustle it really took you to get to where you're at today or does she not understand the value of hard work and sacrifices.
lock in twin
get married. and her parents will buy you guys a house as a gift
i saw it happen. at least thats what rich white people be doing
If u make 200k ur fine lmao
I thought u would be on sum doordashing type s***

poor and 200k salary dont go hand and hand
she clearly f***ing with op cause he got a bright future ahead of him
Well my 2c would make sure you have something extraordinary a skill/talent that you have some degree of mastery over, like an impeccable personality for example that would make the relationship enticing. Providing value in non material ways is the key here.
Nigga you better LOCK IN. This is the ticket. Don't fumble
Extort her parents
Wait op makes 200k and isn’t even dating this b****?
what’s even the point of this thread? f*** off weirdo
Ngl I just met a rich girl this weekend myself. Shes this light skin slim thick shorty from Scotland apparently. Shes an absolute dime and was even the one buying me drinks. I don't think she's looking for anything serious though because she said she works a lot so I'm just going with the flow. She invited me to goto this EDM festival with her and her friends in a couple weeks. She said she rented an RV
When women buy you things >>>
Will never catch me dating a brokie ever again…
