    I’m not saying that it’s an issue as in the dynamic between me and her; the issue that I’m worried about is I don’t fundamentally/intuitively understand this girl as I normally would compared to the people I have typically dated

    all I’m asking for advice about is what are things that could come up that I wouldn’t expect or what those differences are and how they would show up if we got together

    She is a regular ass person just like you. Fundamentally and intuitively you are two regular ass human beings with different upbringings which would be the case for any 2 individuals on the planet.

    Vibe with her if you can vibe with her. If you can’t then move on.

    What are some things that can come up? A million things. A million things could come up with any person you date. You work through them as they come up. That’s what relationships are.

    FWIW I’m in a similar situation to you. My wife is a foreigner and I do well for myself but her family has multiple properties in Beijing, a ton of assets, and her dad is big enough to know xi personally

    So I went through two barriers. The wealth and the completely different culture. It all worked out. Obviously we don’t see eye to eye on everything and that’s okay.

  • Nigga you making 200k a year. Just learn from her and her family on how to continue to manage your money and you gon be good. Y’all might have different ideas about money so I think you should make it clear how much you value the money you do have but also you might have to be open to the idea that because she comes from money, money does not rule her.
