i ain’t ever tip dash or uber eats drivers helllll nah. there is absolutely 0 argument there to the work they doing. they don’t have to deal with that waiting s*** AT ALL, none of the behind the scenes that waiters go through.

I'll always tip what I can unless the service is trash.

it’s about the wages, if i somehow know the local spot isn’t giving them the min wage and they are relying on tips than sure. but correct me if i’m wrong corporate pizza places pay the drivers min wage

Exactly. To make this comparison again I joined the military and because of that I have to go through things that would cause regular people to have a mental breakdown. But I signed up to do it and now I have to deal with it.

With a regular job it’s even more simple. I don’t make a choice to come into work every day I’m literally required by the law to do so now. But YOU DO. You could literally quit any day yet you choose to keep going and then have the nerve to complain.

It works like this

DoorDash for example will guarantee drivers a pay. And if you tip, it basically saves DoorDash money. The driver will get the same amount of money no Matter what if you tip under the minimum.

This is why I do not tip DoorDash. the driver will still get paid. And DoorDash loses more money

U arent sticking it to the man like u think u are. Tips help drivers a lot, the base pay alone is trash and not worth it

In industries where workers get less than minimum wage, u absolutely are a piece of s*** for not tipping

They drive the food over man it's gas, they don't even do well off the base from doordash or uber

And servers only are paid 2.13/hr so going to a restaurant you usually know you gonna have to tip lol
