Had terrible study habits all through HS and University. Got by just memorizing everything the night before.
Felt like I couldn’t focus on studying if it wasn’t the day before, like I needed the added pressure to get my work done.
Make it habit like studying before or after a class or weekends.
Take like a few hours out of the day and just go over material and do problems
Make sure you got all the concepts of whatever your learning down so then when you gotta take an exam all you gotta do is gloss over everything you’ve learned and you should be good
Making a bibliography in the last ~10 min is such a pain in the ass
S*** took me 30 minutes every time
Using this method, I graduated from one of Belgium's top business schools with really good grades.
For exam periods:
Jump into the cold river at 6 am, swim
or

Relax and have breakfast at 8
Put my phone away
At 9 I’ll start studying
This is the cycle.

Repeat that til lunch usually 2PM
Lunch break for 45 mins
Repeat the cycle until 6 PM
Have some dinner at around 6.30-7 PM
Get ready for bed and sleep at 9-10 PM
Will be available on KTT2 Premium or what
I'll get you a coupon
i read some poetry today and experienced a potent backwood induced ego death
life is a test. life is truth
I play brain games or puzzles ahead of time and short stint of exercises. Idk why this works(ed) for me but it has.
The answer I wish I could give is addy but that s\*\*\* is impossible to get a script for
My focus is honestly terrible but vitamins and such have helped
That was always risky when I did that since I end up sending my first draft 5 mins before the deadline
Definitely had my fair share of 11:59 buzzer beaters
how do you get in the zone for studying?
slap yaself op! again …..keep doing that - i’ll be back - i want to see a red welt on that face like you are kratos from god of war. 😒
1. Do not study until exams
2. Get a good summary of your course
3. Wait till your gut tells you you need to start studying NOW if you want to pass
4. Start studying, start lightly (I never clocked in more than a 3 hour day at the start)
5. Accelerate (5 hour days)
6. Finish up (8-10 hour days 1 to 2 days before the exam)
Real one
Be healthy and meditate on the side so you have enough energy for studying especially at uni
Warmup and stretch daily, go for a walk, sleep well, vitamin D, stop worrying and just do it
That way you don’t end up spending more time in bed than not studying cause eveything hurts
