BP2 bloated but has some joints but a few songs on here are weak sure

AG classic but i rarely run it back

I come from the Graduation to TML etc era and BP3 is a shining spot of that era. I get why people don’t like it as a Jay album but I love that era of Jay where he was kinda taking after the Kanye influence. My bad
Track by track lets go down and see what doesnt hold up. Maybe Reminder (Augh!) lol but i bet most of those you cant really say are bad or wack songs
Jay makes dope safe “mainstream rapper” music when he falls back from the “NIGGA I SOLD CRACK” raps lol

This is not true whatsoever. Besides Eminem, he is the only rapper that debuted before the 21st Century that's currently in the Top 100 on Spotify. The next closest are 2Pac at #191 and Biggie at #280.
He's also this great songwriter but can't make a hit without features to save his life
Also, not true. Jay is one of 21 artists ever to amass at least 100 entries on the Hot 100. For rappers, he's one of 12. Regardless, being a great songwriter is not about making hits, it's about writing poignant songs
