Well, extremely debatable, but you're entitled to your opinion.
Do you genuinely thing AG or 444 are some of the top 50 hiphop albums ever made though?

I’d put AG there yes. So 4 top 50 rap albums ever.
And wtt still is an achievement in so many ways.

There's actually never been a year when Jay Z was better, now I think on it.
But I completely sympathize with whatever hearing issue you have that makes you think otherwise

2013 easily, and that was Jay’s worst album vs. Em’s worst album at the time (he has since surpassed this)
2017 by a landslide as well
2020 if we wanna count A Written Testimony, though most of the songs were older

New rule: every jay z album that’s not ostensibly bad is a classic
might have to straight up ban op if he tries floundering about Revival being better than 4:44 (joking)

this has been a rule for like 20 years wym

He won’t because his rage bait doesn’t work when you talking specifics
Its only dumb broad statements

Nah, MMLP2 had higher highs... unfortunately lower lows as well.
Bad Guy is probably the best song Eminem has ever written.
I've never listened to Revival in it's entirety so I'll give you that
I'm actually starting to figure out that you never really GOT why Eminem was so great in the first place.
Go check out the lyrics to Renegade and actually compare the scale of what both artists are talking about.
Not trying to diminish Jay Z and the urban struggle but on one hand you have a street level tale, and on the other you have federal censorship, religious insights, social commentary that's still relevant to today
