Don't mind the other guy so much. I think he has inner demons he needs sorting out. It isn't hard to acknowledge the flaws of our community. I don't take it personally when you criticize certain things about the Asian community because I know it's not a personal attack on me. It's supposed to be constructive so we all work together to improve things for everyone regardless of race or color. I don't know why he feels the need to get so overly defensive. That isn't the move and it won't solve anything.

At the end of the day, know there are way more people like you and me out there who are willing to have a civil, open, honest talk about this without bringing ego into it.
