If you really want to stop buy some phenibut, it's a great replacement and would help your urges. It has some similar feeling to alcohol with none of the inebriation for the most part

I do Lyft for a living so I don’t drink every waking hour and don’t feel any unusual symptoms so I’m taking one last shot and sleep on it and see what happens tomorrow
