The first one no it was some tourists and all 4 of em in the car weren’t paying attention. Was a pain in the ass since it was a rental car/rental insure but dude was military so I went after his command

Second one yeah they did, I guess the wife and husband were arguing but deemed their argument more important... they got out their car but never even came to check on us, I was f***ed up but my girl was all startled/in pain, I started going off on them and they didn’t even apologize or nothin.. they hit me so hard I smacked a brand new car like 2 car lengths in front of me man I felt so bad for them
