Doctors tripping. Imagine wasting that much of your life just laying there and breathing with your eyes closed 6 hours is plenty tbh
6/7
I only work early a couple days a week, the other days I work are starting in the afternoon so I definitely should, but for some reason my body has basically decided to wake me up 6 and a half hours in unless I go to bed super early

If I go to bed earlier my body just treats it as a nap and wakes me up in 1 hour
i get around 6, having a good sleep schedule is more important than getting a lot of sleep imo
i get like 5 on average, sometimes less. every night
i simultaneously love and hate sleep. i prefer to be awake, especially late at night
Wake up at the same time every single day. Sundays and everything. Even if you go to bed super late, wake up at the same time. You will never get a consistent sleeping schedule if you don’t do this
Not me
work in field, aint s*** to do there. only couple times a month i pull all nighters, otherwise plenty of sleep
at home i dont need to wake up early so i sleep as much as i want
I've been getting my hours in, but I need to sleep earlier. Woke up today at 5am for the first time in a while, and I feel great.
Now I just need to make sure I sleep at 930 today to keep at it.
I usually get about 6
It's hard for me to get 8 unless I wake up in the middle night and fall asleep again
Everyday just about
Perks of getting older you fall asleep easier
doesn’t even feel like a perk sometimes
my friends out doing s*** and I’m fighting falling asleep at 9:30 the s*** is sad man
I mostly do because work from home I don’t need to commute so I can sleep later and wake up later.
