doesn’t even feel like a perk sometimes
my friends out doing s*** and I’m fighting falling asleep at 9:30 the s*** is sad man
i like it tho but damn that’s funny
Very consistently.
Monday to Friday I consistently get 7.5-8 hours of sleep, sometimes slip a little on the weekends. I didn’t use to take it seriously but it has become such an important part of my mental and physical health
Schedule usually goes something like this:
First is sunday night
6-6-4-4-4-10-10
Its acutally horrible
i think this may be the root of all my problems
