    stop being so nice

how ironic right cause op is trying to play the "nice" game so he could still use these people in the future for his own benefit...

how did you get the position without a reference from your current employer

but why would you ask your employer for a reference before you left? thats a dead giveaway that you’re trying to leave lmao

so you use your old references? isn't that weird though when you have your current job listen on your resume

yeah just hit exactly 100k with this offer. new role is more technical, but still a ba role.

    Good s*** bro

You came a long way from always being on bad luck

I'm a dm you to ask you few questions about ba role

  • Jul 2, 2022

@op Use your offer to negotiate for better salary in your current position. If they refuse move forward with the other company.

yeah i just use the old ones.

i get what you mean that its weird not to have someone verify what you do in your current job but its probably more awkward to try and have your current boss effectively help you get a new job lol

ik i’ve been vague, but this would be a jump from upper 60’s to 100k in dallas (mcol city).
i consulted my parents and they were like “oh yikes that’s not that much for being 23”

    What do ur parents do

they make way less like 60k
