In regards to experimenting I’m all for it but don’t want too duck up too many dishes so advice goes a long way 💙
I would say one part msg to two parts salt.

The first was like a play on Moco Loco, but with Japanese Curry Gravy. The other is just air-fried chicken thighs that I had marinating in a sweet gochujang soy sauce glaze whatever...
We all know the medical lies. So I got a big bag of MSG, how do I maximise its umami use ? How much do I use per dish? What kind of dishes? Start me off chef.
Honestly put it in anything and see which dishes u want to utilize it in. Like msg in an omelette would slap msg in burger seasoning would slap. Just try s***. Msg in spaghetti would prolly slap too.
