Cut KTT, social media, everything. Take breaks only to meditate, eat something or to use the bathroom

It helps you to focus mentally and to not pay attention to every thought you have

6 hours is great, and I'm a firm believer that studying more than you can bear is useless.

Go somewhere where you won’t get distracted. Before covid, I would go to the library.

Yh I bumped from 3hour focus to 6 in last few weeks by doing all that but cant go up

studies have shown studying long hours makes it harder to retain info. also if the exam is online, study what’s most important and have a lil cheat sheet for everything else. did that with one of my finals and it worked

Wtf 10 hours? Y'all must be smart smart or dangerously close to flunking.

During finals I'd do like 4-6 hours per day max. Going to a school library/public library/cafe/etc and forcing yourself not to leave until you review every chapter or spend an absurd amount of time studying would work for me.

Cause people lie to you and themselves. At a certain point anything you do is just useless. It is not learning to write off the script or some s*** for 10 hours. 6 hours is good if you take atleast an hour break halfway through.
