It’s basically pointless to try and study for that long too because you’ll inevitably waste a bunch of time. Way better to have a focused 3-4 hours than 10 hours of half awake grinding

this is true. youre not gonna retain information if youre too exhausted. thats why you regulate and have breaks
no sane man can study consistently for 10 hours

rookie 1st/2nd year student mistake tbh ... your study session should be 3h-4h at most. That's not enough time for you? Should of not crammed the whole semester in 2 days big dawg

10 hours a day!? What classes are you taking?

usually for a single exam i’ll study for like 2 hours three days in a row and i’ll be good

When your professor talk about "I encourage you all to make study groups"

some professors just overload information that you're clearly not gonna retain with 4-5 other classes in your headspace
    hopefully grad schools better

Lmfao 10 hours a day wtf are you studying, you could single handedly build a nuclear reactor without ever studying for 10 hours straight. You're doin something wrong.

Got finals in a week. I have been doing 6hours max a day. Any tips to bump up to 10hours?

This rlly my last chance for not dropping out

A tip for studying for a test, is find all the materials and concepts that will be on the test, and make a review (if your prof. hasnt made one already)

If they made a review where you can answer questions, do it. That will help tremendously

    im in civil engineering

passed differential equations, dynamics, chem 2 and thermo by doing this

If you’re keeping up with the hw and the lectures i dont see how it should take you 10 hr study sessions just to review the material
