besides reading (mainly reading manga and the Steve Jobs' biography), gym, climbing, and cycling, what are some other habits I can adopt?
i don't really got close friends since i recently moved to a new city a few months ago for work
Man sounds like you already have some great ones!
I would focus on limiting your dopamine from what you do otherwise. youtube/ktt/netflix etc
work on delayed gratification
edit: sounds like youre being fairly active so this might not be necessary, but as simple as it sounds, focus on a good diet and having a regular sleep pattern.
@op you dont seem like a toxic person btw
you might just be unhappy where you are in life at the moment, or just need a reminder of what you really have -- and a purpose to build towards
if you cant afford therapy -- there's AI apps like pi.ai that act like a 'sounding board' to your thoughts
i have a few therapists in my family/network and they all recommend something like this if you cant talk to a therapist

Thanks man. Appreciate the link and advice
Bunch of great advice in here but it really depends. I myself had a self realization where I I needed to change the way I act and react to things. Often angry and snapping sometimes it wasn’t healthy. First step is being able to recognize when something needs to be addressed and dealt with.
It’s different for everybody but core aspects for sure include distancing old habits or basically anything you think might be causing you harm. Reading books and listening to other peoples stories helped for me as well just gaining outside perspective on how to go about things in life. I HIGHLY recommend the four agreements. Literally a life changer. Adjusting time spent in the digital world is huge too. I wouldn’t say you have to cut it off but moderation is key. Find that sweet spot.
Many won’t care to admit they aren’t perfect and hell it is hard to realize it. But it takes guts to do that and change things you want to change in your own life. You’ll figure it out eventually and even then it’s always an ongoing process.

Toxic in what way?
probably self destructive and in the process hurts others who care about him and always done right by him
Try anti-venom

saving this
I feel like u can only overcome toxicity by being exposed to it, situations that trigger it, so u gotta re wire ur brain how to react and handle to certain things and emotions
And also go to the root/start of ur trauma, usually toxic behavior is an overcompensation of negative that happened in ur past, u will most likely find ur triggers there too
