No problem having a work/life balance OP, I avoid my Workplace altogether when I've finished my shift.

I small talk with my co-workers pretty frequently, but I always avoid anything regarding romantic relationships.

Hate working in the trades. All they talk about is cars, taxes, their 2nd job. I swear to god they don’t do anything outside of work.

I mean I don’t mind the job but it kills me that I keep on switching my persona so I can get along with them

my workplace is very passive aggressive in communication, and ive seen plenty of slimy behavior. ppl will smile in ur face and turn n talk about you. ive seen others try to do it w me, but ion engage to begin with
