why do some producers still use this version/ think its better
im aware about something about the step sequencer is different but i dont really see the advantage i guess
Panning law advantage and although they brought the effects back in 20 the old one just feels better
some praise the sound engine as being superior but it's because they have a limiter on the master in later versions and you can easily set the default preset without the master
lotta producers are used to it and don't wanna change and it works for them it's like how all these years later kanye and swizz still use an mpc 2000xl even tho many more dropped since
Yeah, the only thing that changed was the FL Version, otherwise all the equipment is the same. When I Open up projects from FL11 on FL20 it just sounds a little more shrill
how do you do that, do all of the plugins have to be stock ?
Honestly got so used to the workflow of 12 that its hard af for me to learn the DAW on this new MPC i just got.
Never tried 11 but always heard it was better, i just found a free full version of 12 a few years ago and been using it ever since.
It got features that other versions don’t

Just updating it the plug ins should still work I think. I transferred from one computer to another and none of the plug ins want to work now though
fl 11 workflow and ui changed a bit when it jumped to 12 and beyond. people stuck with it because it was familiar I guess. they should just use ableton
I want to get back into beatmaking. I've forgotten damn near everything. Might start back with ableton

slight changes in workflow
if u can use fl 12 u can use fl 11 and fl 20 yk its not a huge difference
ppl just like the feel of fl 11. if u want specifics I mean im sure there's a range of little details ppl who use fl 11 can tell u, but I stick w my fl 20 so idk I cant say

I started with FL Studio and then moved to Reason.
It was hard at first and the worlkflow is different but now I'm so used to Reason. Just learned by watching a basic tutorial (so long ago) but messing around all the tools it has is what helped me get it.
I was using a bootleg version of it for a long time , but they had a 50 percent off sale on it and decided to finally go legit lol

but i thought fl 11 was older tho like 2010 s*** it came out in 2013
