Ok man. I just can't drill it into your head that I'm not ignoring anything just because I don't want to write a f***ing 8 paragraph manifesto explaining how every genre including hip hop made grime.
No one discusses music like that on here. No one breaks down every individual genre that goes into making a type of music.
It is commonly accepted amongst for example music journalists and grime artists and fans that it isn't hip-hop. It's just you doing this weird nationalist thing where you can't admit the USA doesn't control the fate of the entire world or something lmao

And nobody says that The Rolling Stones created metal music either but that’s what you’re doing
And you’re ignoring the fact that all those genres had an MUCH larger influence on grime than hip hop

Here is a UK genre from that same family of music that does have clear hip-hop influences: big beat, late 90s genre, pretty dead now

Some garage and grime MCs were influenced more by American music, some less. In the late 00s, most MCs were doing hip-hop and not grime. Grime is an electronic genre unlike hip-hop, thus having some of the pecularities of electronic music (like an emphasis on singles over albums, bunch of remixes and instrumentals being released, bunch of DJing playlists and so on).
Grime had a revival in the mid 2010s and now there are more grime artists again.
UK drill is a hip-hop subgenre (stemming from Chicago drill) with some grime influences.
Here is a garage MC influenced by US east coast hip-hop like Illmatic, 2002:
