Nigga i got a fistula december of last year and s*** is WOAT.

It made me so tired, literally couldnt sleep because i changed from very cold to burning hot and i waked up at night constantly all sweaty. Sometimes i got dizzy af and couldn't stay up. And one day that s*** started to produce a liquid that smelled so bad and it was gross af, and it would never stop for days till it got empty.

Also at first i had some symptoms very similar to Covid so yeah the first day i also needed to be isolated. The worst is that they didnt do surgery on me because it was in a very bad zone and they told me it was going to happen to me again

Like i dont know if my problem was that i couldnt go to the doctor early, so i had to endure it. And then they never removed it.

Bruh I be going thru the same motions. I’m black and Italian, but my Italian genes, especially with hair, are strong. I deal with this issue, too.

Once every 3 months I use a prep h anema that makes me feel so much better. Also I rub some baby powder back there after I get out the shower, helps to stop all that.

Ever since I starting Using baby powder and prep h products, I rarely get flare ups. I use to get flare ups everyday and was really affecting my quality of life.

I started to get better when the fistula opened and started to pour the bad stuff out.

So i think that plus with it being in a very difficult place to do surgery from what the doctor told me it was they didnt get that s*** out.
