Makes it really easy to determine the intent behind a "joke", when u actually understand what ur seeing/hearing.

If they're in good fun and cleverly written/said then I get it. The problem is people think throwing out a racial slur is a whole joke and they can call it a day. Lazy and offensive. On the other hand, some of the jokes they make about Jews in Family Guy are f***ing hysterical, and it's cool because the writers are Jewish. Just a little racial self deprecating humor. Same s*** a lot of black and hispanic comedians do. It's a fine line between what is and isn't offensive.
