South park offended me when they portrayed god as a stinky monster with flies flying around him like a turd. I still watch south park. It wouldnt be fair if they were allowed to offend everyone except me and other spiritual folk.

I dont care about verbiage. Intent and context means everything.

When plants posted those unfunny jokes, that werent spose to have a butt end... I didnt clown plants for posting unfunny jokes. I didnt ask for funny ones.

Same with a debate turning into personal attacks. (Which happens pretty much any time someone is losing a debate on ktt)... I mean im game. But i have no filter. Im not being politically correct in response to personal attacks. F*** that.

I dont avoid dropping N bombs because it offends ppl. I dont use the word out of respect for slaves. Cuz that s*** was bullshit.... I say happy holidays to the brown bros, instead of merry christmas, out of respect, not because some cry babies demand it.

If the lastest headline is "donald trump: grab her by the p****" i shouldnt be getting reprimanded at work, for referencing it in a back room, closed doors conversation... And in todays world u can. I get where ur coming from, but relying on intent is always difficult cos how do you prove intentions.

I dont really get how thats any different tho, if you told a joke and i said “look bro i find that disrespectful can you not tell that kinda joke/ use that kinda language” especially if im a colleague, wouldnt it be respectful to say yeah sure?

And that goes into the work thing, almost any employment contract will have some kind of “respect at work” bit in it - not saying the Trump thing applies to this necessarily, but at the end of the day its up to your employer not you to determine what that means 🤷🏻‍♂️

Dark humor is something different to what those white people be doing. Chapelle has dark humor but its not offensive.
White people be going to some asian kid, make some joke about his eyes and then cover it as 'dark humor'
