Ive never been diagnosed for that too but im on SSRIs which treat anxiety and depression

The thing is tho social anxiety is often comorbid with other things like autism or ADHD bc you're behavior can lead to anxiety inducing social situation

That doesn't sound like autism in my opinion. I've been volunteering with people who have autism for over a decade, and I've found that their interests don't change. I've worked with 50 year old men who can't tie their shoes but can tell you every fact about trains because they've studied them for 45 years. What you're describing sounds more like something called hyperfocus, which is common in ADHD and maybe some other s*** that I can't think of atm.
do you get upset when the repetitive behaviors/routines are interrupted? like having to do something spur of the moment?
are you over sensitive to some stimuli like lights, sound, etc.?
do you "stim" at all? like things like repeatedly rubbing your hands, rocking back and forth? to relieve tension or just because it feels good
what do u mean by the first point?
I'm a chronic leg bouncer if that means anything but I'm not really sensitive to stimuli
And most of my routines are done in isolation so no one really interrupts them
when you say routines, what do you mean? are they just normal things like taking shower then eating breakfast then taking out the trash etc. Or is it something like needing to put on one shoe first every time, always needing the toothbrush to face a certain way when you put it away.
what is your diet like? is it repetitive?
you mentioned dating before, have you ever had problems being intimate with another person? or feeling like you cant connect as well beyond just normal anxiety
I have trouble keeping up with relationships (friends and the little family I have left). Its either due to my social anxiety or im autistic aswell

A. Not any differently then how someone would react without the autism diagnosis. It would irritate me if it was for something important, but otherwise I’ve learned to go with the flow.
B. Yes, I’m more sensitive to both. My social battery tends to run out quicker then most people. I can handle it for a decent amount of time though.
C. Yes I fidget a lot when I’m listening to people or when I’m just chilling by myself
what do u mean by the first point?
like does it make you irrationally upset if something interrupts what you normally expect. having a harder time "going with the flow"
harder to think of an examples as an adult tbh. this one is probably easier to see in kids

yea sometimes it does make me upset but it never ruins my day. for example when I start working on a track and it evolves into something I didn’t intend it to, it bothers me but I still go with it.
rapid flashing lights bother me depending on the context and whenever I’m having a conversation and music is playing, I usually try to turn it down or turn it off to talk to someone because I can’t focus otherwise.
finally I’m almost always pacing. I can never sit still but I have adhd

iirc there is some overlap with adhd symptoms. like i guess that pacing thing. those first 2 answers kinda strike me as similar to what most people would say tbh. its also hard to tell tho

s*** should I get that checked out

are there any other reasons you think you could have it? you can if you want but honestly i feel like its probably just ADHD. its also possible for autism spectrum disorder to get misdiagnosed as ADHD but what you said with not being able to sit still def. sounds like ADHD
