I WISH my manager attacked me… im so ready for that s***
If my manager insults me again
I will be assaulting him
damn she told you to "move"? she's f***ed
I was just giving an example of the verbal exchanges. The word isn’t the issue, it how she said it and continued acting throughout the shift. Even going as far as brushing boxes against me to set an example.
She can get away with anything so I’m not surprised I’m reaching a dead end.

Hope you don't try to sue me for verbally attacking you but I think you should man up dawg
Damn man, what happened? They were saying you don't got a case?
Only offered to file a EEOC claim or Wite a letter and demand action. This would be $3k and pointless. I can ask HR to move me to a different department myself.
I’ve tried every route and nothing is happening. Workman’s comp is useless, employment attorneys don’t understand discrimination, and personal injury attorneys must see injury.
I also have to keep paying consultation fees ranging from $150 - $300 just to be told to call someone else.

Man up and challenge her to a dual on my next shift ?

At this point, I would switch departments to avoid the trouble or confront the manager to f*** off.
You just have to take manners in your own hands.

I meant to add I have a underlying medical condition. Could my evidence support the idea that she’s discriminating because of my condition?

Maybe, I support someone getting the bag from corps. However, I'm assuming it won't work since the attorney still said it wouldn't work if you told them that.
Did you see a doctor? In other words, is your injury documented by medical records? If so, you should have a case.

If you’re a man, this feels like blatant sexism. If not, it’s still just as bad.

Since I was 5 I’ve suffered with chronic migraines. So I had to be homeschooled, heavy medication, and constant neurologist visits. So when I’m at work migraines come and I move slower. Which makes the manager upset and her abuse begins.

That’s horrid. If everyone’s ignoring your complaints, all I can suggest is find a way to record her abuse. Then no one will be able to deny it or sweep it under the rug.

So I spoke with the same attorney again today and he told me that we do have a argument to stand on for the EEOC.
I’m just wondering if the situation is even worth pursuing? He told me that EEOC claims are hard to get passed but we do have a fighting chance. I just don’t want to waste $3,000

Attorney said we have a argument with my medical condition and all other things considered but I’m unsure if I want to pursue the case.
bro my fiancé or my mum would be choking Erica out on the way to her car after work smfh
She’s very rude to young employees. I’ve noticed she treats the older employees with more respect
classic c*** eh
Not sure what's funny about this situation honestly
That you choose to tell them to post this on r/antiwork of all places
How your manager beating your ass everyday at work and can’t take her to court, your lawyer sucks bro

I'd say try to find one of those "only pay if you win" lawyers?
So there’s a $150 consultation fee just to speak with a employment attorney. I just keep explaining the situation to the different receptionists. I haven’t spoken to an actual employment attorney yet. I’m not trying to pay that fee only to be directed to someone else.
Now I’m going to call a workman’s comp attorney.
You literally have to pay the fee. That's why you're getting nowhere with them. Lawyers cost money, even for them to hear you out. Just pay the fee and then their normal standard fees afterwards which usually can be quite expensive as they charge per hour/meeting. Paying them is how you acquire them as they aren't going to work for you Pro Bono.
