FirelordNo serious rap fan thinks Pac is GOAT tier, that’s like a basketball fan calling Kobe GOAT. It’s cause of image and hype not skill. That’s not to say pac wasn’t a great rapper but at best he’s low end of the top ten.

DrogonPac got about a billion posthumous albums and they're all bargain bin tier, and he's still in that GOAT conversation. It's a difficult one to judge because BIG dropping mid is incomprehensible because he was such a top-tier lyricist who gave his projects great care.
The What is arguably the best track on RTD and all people talk about is Juicy and Big Poppa because they were the commercial joints that biggie himself wasn't 100% about dropping. It was puff who motivated him to make that call
Posthumous albums don't really count cause the artist didn't get to release the music the way they wanted. Every artist got 100s of demos and unfinished songs that never see the light of day. All the treats have a bunch of garbage on their hard drive

Posthumous albums for rappers don’t count when people look back on discographies. They hold less weight than mixtapes.
