No serious rap fan thinks Pac is GOAT tier, that’s like a basketball fan calling Kobe GOAT. It’s cause of image and hype not skill. That’s not to say pac wasn’t a great rapper but at best he’s low end of the top ten.
I hate how some of you have the WORST opinions and post it on here like it's actually true Plenty of serious rap fans think Pac is one of the best ever, dafuq you even talking about
Pac got about a billion posthumous albums and they're all bargain bin tier, and he's still in that GOAT conversation. It's a difficult one to judge because BIG dropping mid is incomprehensible because he was such a top-tier lyricist who gave his projects great care.
The What is arguably the best track on RTD and all people talk about is Juicy and Big Poppa because they were the commercial joints that biggie himself wasn't 100% about dropping. It was puff who motivated him to make that call
Posthumous albums don't really count cause the artist didn't get to release the music the way they wanted. Every artist got 100s of demos and unfinished songs that never see the light of day. All the treats have a bunch of garbage on their hard drive
Imagine the club hits Big woulda made in the early 00s w the neptunes or timbo man
Man what a shame
We all collectively lost

Posthumous albums for rappers don’t count when people look back on discographies. They hold less weight than mixtapes.

This is off-topic, but it just reminds me that Yandhi would be alot of rappers' best project if belonged to them.

What? Lmao
what a weird question
Now weird at all. We’ve been talking about this for over ten fifteen years.
Well—from my point of view—Eminem has never put out a decent studio album and has been a dreadful artist from the beginning.

This is legit one of the worst takes I've read on here in a minute
Kobe and Pac disrespect smh
Neither was the best at what they did, they were just the most popular. Nothing against either, they were both really great but never GOAT level

One of the best =/= the best ever. If you have Pac in your top two you either haven’t listened to enough rap or are delusional.
