fr ny is like the golden standard for american cities and its infrastructure is not even that good
im from Kensington relax. you right tho :jordancry:
isnt kensington where all them white junkies be at
phillys not as "hood" as it used to be
its lowkey gentrifying from what ive seen, in most peoples mind its still the same philly from 10-15 years ago tho
If you planning to live in north Philly I recommend be ready for the helicopter patrolling at night because some time there a lot bad peoples in the area. Plus One time one of my friend got jumped by five group of people for his money around the school that he use to go too. I don’t recommend moving up north if you planning going to live in Philly
same for me and ny, part of the reason I wanna move is that I just want to experience a different city/culture. But I already know that if I move away im probably gonna return at some point
If you’re from NYC then non of those cities in OP will compare. DC will be your best bet tho.
Chicago is just a suburb with some tall buildings. Philly is pure trash.
I'm from Chicago already.
One of my dreams in life is to have condo overlooking the lake.
I live In Chicago, really considering moving to dallas tho, fell in love when I visited last year.
y’all in here complaining about the cold smh put some clothes on nigga it ain’t that bad
Cant be more expensive than ny lol but yeah Im not tryna live in southeast, pg county is cool tho so that could be an option if its still affordable. Dont know too much about MoCo or nova never really been out there
You dont like Chicago?
idk much bout chicago but i know its not a good place for black people
Moco and nova just as expensive, probably even more. In the entire area, PG County would be your best bet. A lot of people from D.C. and some from Moco are moving there because it's more affordable ( and b/c of gentrification).
Definitely philly no specific reasons philly just seems like the most chill place outta those options plus I already thinking about moving there in the future

its not as bad as the media make it seem but dc is obviously better in that regard
