He did not only use the bassline, he took the main loop of the song n straight ripped the audio. the mellotron strings serve the same purpose as the organs in the og track.

The difference with warhol is that warhol is using obvious popular imagery and transforming it in fron of you. The viewer is in on this. Tyler is taking a bunch of old album cuts copying the core of the song and telling listeners on the front of the album he made it
