It's weird
I love sports. I play basketball and I'm really good at it. I run with my dad. I was skating when I was younger.
Sports have been in my life forever
But my muscles are so thight I can't even fully straighten my leg...
After longer bball sessions my hips are locked and hurt (edit cos yall a bunch of kids)
Two days ago my ass tried doing some general stretches and while doing a simple stretch down my back started to hurt like hell and it still hurts a bit after couple days...
Can someone pls link me to an online exercise planner or something that will help me wake my body up???
I don't want to be 40yo not being able to walk witout pain...

i started having some issues but now i stretch daily for maybe half an hour to avoid these issues and feel fine now never have issue i could send you my whole routine if youâd like
