The problem with this is it made me force myself to eat high calorie food that I didnt want to eat so it would waste a lot of time and I would give up after a small portion bc I didnt like it. Now I just eat whenever/whatever I feel like without tracking and work out and it feels a lot better

It didn’t force you to eat high calorie food. Stop lying. Yes, it’s unpleasant for someone with an eating disorder to transition into a healthy diet. Glad you’re better now.
I don’t know what ur going thru but I only started gaining weight as an adult when I stopped smoking nicotine, stopped drinking energy drinks, and stopped smoking weed
I also reccomend working out, not to get ripped, but to become tired, if you work out your body literally needs to eat, like you will feel hungry because your body is begging for calories, if you are lazy and just stay in all day and expend no energy then you won’t be hungry because you’re doing nothing and your body is realizing it can do without food because you aren’t expending energy
This worked for me, can’t promise it will for you, but it’s somewhere to start
why not
Because they might develop an eating disorder by, uh, knowing if they put the right amount of stuff in their body?
come on man you think it's strawberry banana flavoured biohazard poison
