Therapy needs to be free or extremely affordable. There is a mental health crisis for men that isn't talked about, because they've largely been told to "tough it out" their entire lives. Not on any of this weird social paradox of "male vs. female" stuff, but it really is a rough time for most men 18- 24 now.
It’s depressing to witness the rise of mental issues, specifically in western countries. Social media will be the downfall of these kids mental health.
It’s why I’m monitoring my son’s usage of instagram and tik tok. I don’t want him to fall into the pit of misery :(
