@op it does partly depend on your baseline temp but 104 over 3 days is very high... I'd go to an urgent care and see if they'll give you antibiotics

They got me for $600 one time to get about 10 miles. I said never again.

So I fell off the bike and lost consciousness then when I woke up I was getting put into ambulance

Once I got to the ER all they did is take ct scan of my head and then clean wounds on my face and 4 stitches on the chin and my bill was $22k
