Fever's being managed decently well enough with Motrin but when it gets bad it's hell

ERs in America just give you a water bottle and a sticker nowadays

Does it come out with phlegm or is it more dry? Is it pure green or another color

I wanna say instead of the Motrins and acetaminophen’s, you should probably get NyQuil instead so you can get some sleep, but idk when was the last time you took it for the fever to avoid interactions

Because no chance they saw that and didn’t recommend a visit to the ER

She looked at it and basically said "You've got a pretty high fever young man!" And offered me Tylenol and said to come back if anything changes

They didn't give me any piece of paper just online notes that they took that I can't access rn because it's tied to mom's # who's currently bedridden

I remember the fever was 103.6 at the time they recorded and was 103.9 before we went, and the heart rate was 147

The PA at the urgent care also recommended that I "pop a Benadryl or two" to help with being woke from sleep by fever symptoms/pain
