i know it might also work on glutamate channels in that respect so maybe in the future you can get a pcp script or something but i think taking dissociatives in your current state is kinda not a good idea?

LDI don't think so, urgent care PA said everything looked good besides the HR (150 resting) & 104 fever
It does feel strange in my throat though, not much pain tho

Deep intense joint/muscle pain
Extreme lethargy
Nighttime awakenings after 3-4 hours with head & neck pain + light sensitivity
Persistent fever that rose from 100 to 104 in a day, and was only somewhat responsive to acetaminophen/ibuprofen
Intense chills & shivering when fever sets in, and night sweats + sweating whenever I took painkillers
Erased appetite but still feel physiological hungerOnset of symptoms ~3 hours after going to a massage parlor (not sure if relevant lol)
Differential to me is
Covid
Influenza
Mononucleosis
MeningitisYou can still get a negative swab and have covid

Jan 15, 2023·1 replyi don't think a bacterial infection w/ those clinical symptoms would come from a massage parlor within 3 hours. but arthritic pain, stiff neck and fever symptoms do align w/ meningitis over other infections. viral would be ok to treat in outpatient setting, and its not completely ruled out w/ just pcr, bc some viral infections are often confirmed through serology tests. if its bacterial then the sooner the better for antibiotics though
if the symptoms continue and/or worsen w/ a harsher headache onset then go back to urgent care and maybe ask to get a blood test.
