Read actual testimonies. Some people do have good careers in the military but there are alooooot of bad stories too.

If you are legitimately going into the army for free college the smartest option is choosing something where you ain't leaving america. And are last to do combat. National guard and coast guard will give you that. Basically just get through basic and your life is smooth from there

I’m reading bad stories and good stories. I’m not just blindly believing what my recruiter told me I know that it’s their job to convince me to join. This is my own choice and I think it will be very good for me.

Both my siblings were in the military. I'm just speaking form what I'm seen and experienced.

Just like anything else the Military has people that had terrible experiences and people that had great experiences. I’m not just gonna not go because some people had a negative experience. How does that make logical sense? I don’t know what it will do for me until I show up and get some dirt on my boots.
