    Bro I literally quit my job last month because of this same mentality. Been making triple what I make in a week on the job. Put some s*** in place as a safety net and trust god.

    Telling my supervisors to f*** themselves and ignoring their phone calls was the best feeling ever.

    Literally^ everyone wanna be an entrepreneur, but nobody wanna put in the work. Within a year or so I changed my life and I’m able to retire by my 30s if I want to, was it easy? No. Was it risky asf? Yes. @op you can do it, but don’t go into this endeavor thinking it’s easy. There will be sleepless nights, days you just wanna quit, but if you put in the work I can guarantee you will see success in your life

    Really? Because I know a girl from Chicago with a rich dad who got her some apartment buildings so she could be a landlord there, and she literally just backpacks in foreign countries for the entire year except for spending maybe a week or two at home in between trips

    she probably has a property manager or someone that actually does the work while she just collects the coin.

    Depends which properties she has and if she actually takes care of the properties. Tenants can be such a pain, especially in this climate. Fixing stuff too is a pain. It really depends on your location and luck tbh

    bragging about considering retiring at 30 and saying tenants are a pain

    I guess if theyre f***ing derros but this comes off horribly
