i check mine everyday cause i’m cutting :( but i got this app that smooths & averages out your progress so the fluctuations aren’t taken into account and it shows you what you actually, realistically are at

inital estimates were way off, i was way fatter than i thought, but im getting back on track. Currently im a light heavyweight, almost cruiserweight, just give me some time. My projection is hitting 191 by October 15th. Still working out, still grinding. Ive been doing a bit of fasting, 1 subway sandwich a day with a coffee (no sugar, almond milk) and some zero calorie selzer waters to pass the time. Im feeling much better, and while i don't show as much the elements are there im going into a gym monday, and ill be hoping to do some kickboxing classes real soon. Once again i thank you all for your support, keep grinding 👷♂️
