man said that 6grams of protein from one egg is for the muscles
you will prolly lose weight eating that little amount of food a day but you def won’t be building muscle and you def won’t be looking as skinny as you are expecting. Will most likely end up looking really flabby but the scale will say you weigh less.
if you aren’t already, start adding a workout routine 2-4x a week and research proper nutrition if you really wanna build muscle and lose weight properly.

Like any of em man. Chop up some green onions and bake a potato, steam some broccoli and toss with lemon juice, whip open a can of chili and boom you got a dank baked potato with a nice healthy side. Vegetables usually low calorie (starches like potatoes are higher) for their volume so you can stuff yourself but not really eat that many calories in the end.

Im still on my diet and still working out. Same routine😎. All i ate today was:
3 eggs, 2 toast
Half a banana/blueberry smoothie
2 tuna sandwiches
Thats about all and while im not on keto im proud to say while i was tripping the other day today i apparently lost 3 pounds. Im at 206.7, according to my fancy new digital weight machine. So im feeling better, hopefully im at my goal weight of 155 by October like i want. I still cant thank you all enough for the support

Once again i forgot this thread lol, but i didnt forget my diet. In fact, and i dunno if its my scale or what, but i deadass lost around 17 pounds. Im currently at 193, which compared to my 220lb weight before im ecstatic.
Im not giving up tho, not until my six pack. Today i was really light on food, just a turkey sandwich on a roll, some dark chocolate, greek yogurt, and an ice coffee (no sugar!), and i feel great. Got more energy and i can kinda sorta see results, as my stomach feels smaller
I want to thank you all for your support and suggestions. Normally id give up but you all gave me so many tips i kept going and its only up from here, nah mean?

make sure no flavored cream in the coffee, they have a lot or sugar
I lost 100 pounds from 2018 to 2020, one thing I recommend are daily walks. They worked wonders for me, and they don’t even feel like excercise.
UPDATE: i might as well post my progress here too
inital estimates were way off, i was way fatter than i thought, but im getting back on track. Currently im a light heavyweight, almost cruiserweight, just give me some time. My projection is hitting 191 by October 15th. Still working out, still grinding. Ive been doing a bit of fasting, 1 subway sandwich a day with a coffee (no sugar, almond milk) and some zero calorie selzer waters to pass the time. Im feeling much better, and while i don't show as much the elements are there im going into a gym monday, and ill be hoping to do some kickboxing classes real soon. Once again i thank you all for your support, keep grinding 👷♂️

Youre right, i kinda got lazy with preparing meals, and i figured subway would be better than the corner store deli sandwiches. Im buying a weight scale and im probably gonna make my sandwiches in house for now on
